1、烤漆工藝要求

1. Process Requirements of Baking Paint

1)清洗表面殘留物,補(bǔ)灰,打磨等一系列表面處理.

2)采用環(huán)保型優(yōu)質(zhì)油漆烤漆處理.烤漆房須無(wú)塵埃顆粒車(chē)間,烤漆表面涂層三涂三烤處理.

2) Use environmentally friendly high-quality paint baking process. The baking room should be dust-free particle workshop, three coatings and three baking treatments on the surface of the baking paint.

3) 油漆色彩要符合設(shè)計(jì)方案要求.

4) 面漆膜應(yīng)平滑、均勻,不允許出現(xiàn)流痕、皺紋、桔皮、氣泡、夾雜等影響裝飾效果的缺陷.

2)焊接前清除表面油污,減少焊縫形成的虛焊、氣孔、裂紋等缺陷.

3)焊接完后將所有可見(jiàn)焊縫打磨光滑,與周?chē)砻嬉粯悠交?無(wú)明顯劃痕.

完工外觀要求:安裝完成后標(biāo)牌外觀精美,表面無(wú)螺釘,無(wú)劃痕、氣泡及明顯的顏色不均勻,烤漆須無(wú)明顯色差,所用材料符合設(shè)計(jì)方案要求.
